At Vet Trash Talkers, we are committed to providing fair, transparent, and competitive pricing for all junk removal services.

Our pricing is determined by several factors, including:

• Volume of Material Removed – Pricing is primarily based on the amount of space your items occupy in our trailer(s).
• Labor Requirements – Additional labor may affect pricing based on item weight, accessibility, stairs, carry distance, loading time, or other factors that increase the scope of work.
• Special Disposal Items – Certain items require additional handling, recycling, or disposal fees, including but not limited to:
  • Mattresses and box springs
  • Air conditioning units (A/Cs)
  • Televisions and monitors
  • Refrigerators and appliances containing refrigerants
  • Other items subject to special recycling or environmental disposal regulations

We strive to provide accurate estimates based on the information supplied by our customers.

Please note:

• Quotes are based on the descriptions, measurements, item lists, and/or photographs provided before your scheduled appointment.
• Estimates are intended as a pricing guide and are not guaranteed until an on-site assessment is completed.
• Final pricing is confirmed upon arrival and inspection of the items to be removed.
• If additional items are added, quantities differ from what was originally disclosed, or special disposal items were not identified before the estimate was provided, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
• Any pricing changes will be clearly communicated and approved by the customer before work begins.

To help us provide the most accurate quote possible, customers should:

• Provide complete and accurate descriptions of all items to be removed.
• Disclose any special disposal items that may require additional fees.
• Inform us of any access limitations, including stairs, elevators, long carry distances, narrow hallways, locked gates, or other obstacles that may affect labor requirements.
• Notify us of any changes to the job before the scheduled service date whenever possible.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website or communicated during scheduling.

Vet Trash Talkers reserves the right to refuse service if:

• Unsafe working conditions are present.
• Hazardous materials are discovered.
• Items violate local, state, or federal disposal regulations.
• The scope of work differs substantially from the information provided and a pricing agreement cannot be reached.

All estimates provided by Vet Trash Talkers are based on the information, descriptions, measurements, and/or photos submitted by the customer. Quotes are intended as estimates only and are subject to on-site verification.

Final pricing is determined by the volume of material removed, labor required, accessibility of items, and the presence of any special disposal items, including but not limited to mattresses, air conditioners, televisions, appliances, and other regulated waste.

If additional items are present, item quantities differ from those disclosed, or special disposal items were not identified prior to the estimate, the final price may be adjusted accordingly. Any pricing changes will be discussed with and approved by the customer before work begins.
